"Couldn't have hoped for more"
Kitchen faucet began leaking all over - she called the homeowner ( in upstate NY) and he tried to locate a local plumber to replace the faucet. The first, a known name, could not come until the next day between 10 and 12. They charge $80 ,by credit card, for the visit then the cost of the job. Change was paid but he never showed - thought that was just the time to call to make the appointment. Money was returned fortunately. Another gave a $400 - $500 quote via phone but stressed "it could be higher". Susan was referred to the Senior Handyman by a friend and the job was completed in 2 hours at almost half the "plumbers" price - including the faucet. Needless to say the homeowner was very pleased - as was Susan.

"Why don't more companies work like this"
His new home had a defective large ceiling fixture in the foyer that needed to be replaced. Several calls resaulted in outragously high prices for a simple job. Again a referral to the Senior Handyman resulted in a 1 hour fix at a very reasonable price. Another satisfied customer.

"What a great experience - saved the day"
Started as a simple garbage disposal replacemwnt that no other company would do for a reasonable price. Too small a job was the message but if you want to pay $300 for labor - "we can do it". The Senior Handyman did the job for almost a third the price - disposal not included. This experience has now turned into a significant bath remodel. Floor, toilet, vanity and linen cabinets, sink, faucet and paint. This is more the we usually do but Patti really wanted me to do the job. Her savings will be in the thousands !!
